Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using WindWalkerPTR.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. WindWalkerPTR.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with WindWalkerPTR.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the WindWalkerPTR.com program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in Our program.
China, India, Poland and Vietnam are NOT allowed. If you are from one of these countries, your account
will be automatically deleted!
All USA and other International countries are welcome and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing WindWalkerPTR.com account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your WindWalkerPTR.com account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account. WindWalkerPTR.com recommends you use a unique
password when joining.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by WindWalkerPTR.com be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up WindWalkerPTR.com. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with WindWalkerPTR.com. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from WindWalkerPTR.com.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from WindWalkerPTR.com, your account Will be placed on inbox status Until the problems is reslolved.
This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
It is an absolute REQIREMENT that you can READ and write in ENGLISH!
you need to be able to read the notifications sent out by WindWalkerPTR.com. This webmaster does NOT know any other language !
If your account is suspended for any reason you must contact support with-in 10 days or your account may be cancelled and all earnings and referrals lost.
You must log in every 30 days and Click on a link or banner to remain an active member of WindWalkerPTR.com.
Members must be 40% as active as there downline to receive referral earnings.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and WindWalkerPTR.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and WindWalkerPTR.com. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of WindWalkerPTR.com. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
WindWalkerPTR.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or WindWalkerPTR.com program, even if WindWalkerPTR.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, WindWalkerPTR.com aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
It is the responsibility of the member to make sure all payment information is correct.
WindWalkerPTR.com will not be held responsible if the payment is not received due to the member
not providing the correct information.
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
WindWalkerPTR.com Members may earn by referring new Members to the WindWalkerPTR.com
Payment will be made using paypal, e-gold and money order. You must be a verified paypal member for your first paypal payout. Payout in egold (10% fee) only when available. It is NOT a GUARANTEED OPTION OF PAYMENT. Member's may also request a postal money orders these are sent once monthly ($2.50 fee). Money orders are an available option for USA residents only.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way.
Your account WILL BE DELETED!!
If you delete your account, all earnings and referrals WILL be lost!!!
Payment processing time may vary due to events beyond our control, including,
but not limited to; volume of requests, verification of eligibility for amount claimed,
or advertiser funds availability. Payouts will be processed in the order they are received,
with priority given to Upgraded Members, followed by Free Members. Payout will be within
fifteen (15) days and no later than thirty (30) days of the requested date.
Searches:
The Only Countries allowed to search are: the United States, Canada, Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland and United Kingdom.
DO NOT SEARCH!
If you are not living in any of those countries and select the "searches" box as an interest, your account will be terminated without notice.
Searching with a proxy is not allowed and will result in termination of your account, if you are unsure if you have a proxy please
"check here" or contact webmistress@windwalkerptr.com.
Cheat Links/Banners/Emails:
WindWalkerPTR.com will at times send out English tests, use cheat text links and banner's at any given or chosen time.
A three strike rule will apply. After all Mistakes Can happen.
However; they are used for a greater good and that is to catch
those who can not read English or use "robot" which breaks the TERMS.
Keyword Selecion:
In the keyword selection area we have more than one listing concidered english tests, if you select one of the incorrect keywords, the management must assume you cannot read english and your account will be immediately deleted.
Free Little Warrior upgrade rules:
In order for you to use the ads associated with the free Little Warrior upgrade you must click at least 30 cash and/or point links each month. If you submit your ads and do not have the required 30 links with-in 3 days of submitting the ads your ads will be rejected. Submitting ads 3 times without the required clicks will result in losing the free upgrade. There is no click requirement to recieve the referal bonus's associated with the upgrade.
The free Little Warrior upgrade is redeemable only once and is good for one year.
Vacation Status:
NO MORE THAN 60 DAYS Vacation Status and being on vacation means
No earnings credit to your account from downlines members or referrals Any Member that requires longer
than this must submit in writing the reason and expected date of return.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with WindWalkerPTR.com and may result
in legal prosecution. WindWalkerPTR.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. WindWalkerPTR.com may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
WindWalkerPTR.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
